Ever look at the blog and not recognize one of the movements we're doing that day? Me too. This week alone we've done some movements that are pretty standard for CrossFit - burpees, anyone? We've also incorporated some gymnastic-specific work like shoulder taps on Tuesday and seated box jumps to train explosive strength. The cool thing about our workouts is that they can include just about anything you can imagine. This lets us develop new skills and get better at them. Even as a couch I am still learning new exercises and stretches all the time. Don't be afraid to try something you're not familiar with, you may discover a strength you didn't know that you had!
