Great movie. Both of them, actually. How does this apply to fitness, you might ask. Well, grit is an undying tenacity to meet and exceed a specific goal. That's a pretty long term view and it may seem that whatever you are trying to do is impossible since it is so far away. Having grit means you work toward your goal day in and day out. Small victories eventually stack up into big ones. You'll get to where you're going if you stay the course. Feel exhausted? Find some grit deep inside yourself and keep trucking along! (P.S. You'll need it for today's workout!)
The CrossFit Open is over, so Friday evening classes will resume as normal. Regular workouts are at 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM, and Weightlifting Development is at 6:30 PM. See you there!
