Happy Monday, 818ers!
Tough Mudder is coming up on Saturday, April 16th and CrossFit 818 is assembling a team to tackle it! These events are a lot of fun because they give you the chance to check out how your strength and fitness applies to challenges outside of the gym. Over the 10ish mile course there are plenty of hills to hike and about two dozen obstacles for teams to negotiate. I've done two and they are a blast! Here's how you can join in on this epic adventure:
1. Click the Eventbrite link (here) and buy your ticket, choose 10:00 AM as your desired start time.
(Pro Tip: buy now because the price will increase on Thursday, January 28).

2. Once you've purchased your ticket, it's time to join the CrossFit 818 Team! Log in to your Eventbrite account and click "Transfer," then click "Change Team," followed by "Join A Team." Type in "CrossFit 818" and click continue.
3. Get ready to have some fun!
