Yesterday we reminded you about the Rocking the Rocks event on May 10th, and tonight I have two new things to tell you about.
As you probably saw yesterday, we've got some sweet new jumpropes at the gym. They're organized in a much better format and are color coordinated to accommodate a wide range of heights! As far as the old ropes go, if you'd like to pick one up they're for sale for just $5 first come first served, so get on it ASAP!
The Whole Life Challenge
You're competitive, you like results, and you participate in things that'll push you towards achieving your goals. The Whole Life Challenge is perfect for you. It's an 8 week fitness game where we'll test and retest some body measurements and a workout, and keep track of daily points that can be earned or lost depending on nutrition habits, working out, mobilizing, supplementing, and other lifestyle moves.
The nutrition rules are broadly accessible and scalable so you can individually choose how strict you'd like the nutrition rules to be in order to present the appropriate challenge for yourself, your points are ranked both in the gym and across all the people competing worldwide, and the community aspect will push you to new levels of commitment and results!
I've personally already signed up and am looking forward to challenging myself to tighten up my nutrition and build better habits with my supplements, mobility, and other lifestyle practices. This is gonna be AWESOME.
