For those of you that did (or do) play a sport competitively in high school college/college/post collegiate; did you ever get into that “Athlete’s Zone”?
You know, that zone where you couldn't miss a free throw if you tired, or the later the game went on the harder you could push yourself, or those days when it seemed like you could run forever.
CrossFit is very relatable to former athletes because we teach fitness as it’s own sport. Everyday our workouts are similar to competitive events. With the clock, the group, the music blasting and the energy it creates do you ever find yourself in “YOUR WOD ZONE”?
What does it takes for you to get into that "WOD ZONE"?
How often do you find yourself in that kind of Zone?
What happens when you do get in that Zone? Do you notice the body(ies) next to you? Do you hear anything around you?
5 rounds for time of:
Bear Crawl, 100 feet
Broad Jump, 100 feet
Do three burpees after every five broad jumps. If you have a twenty pound weight vest, wear it.
