Do them. I'm talking about activities like burpees and running. How many of you cherry picked yesterday's workout? I'm talking about holding onto the bar for that extra rep. You probably could have held onto the bar a little bit longer during the recent bear complex. Maybe you hate eating clean. It takes planning, some effort and commitment. Plus, a slice of pizza pretty much always sounds better than a salad. It's not. The things you don't like are probably the things that are good for you. Take the high road and do the difficult things because they will benefit you in the long run. Besides, the low road is full of underachievers.
