I wanted to share an incredible email with all of you from one of our clients, Prudence:
"As many of you may or may not know, the thing that sent me to CrossFit in the first place was a type 1.5 diabetes (Robb Wolf mentions it in the book, my doctors were baffled) diagnosis. After a month at CF818 I had to stop taking metformin that I had been on since last fall.
And now after another month(ish) plus Paleo nutrition I just got my most recent labs back today and my HbA1C is 4.8!!!
If you are not an expert on the topic, that is NON-DIABETIC level. On diet and exercise alone. Woot!"
