In case you were thinking about it, It is not a straight line. In fact, it never is. I spend half a fair amount of time at the gym and I hear a lot of chatter about this and that. Lately, I've heard a bit about what gets in the way of progress in the form of time off or away, injuries, laziness, the list goes on. Here's a bit of advice that you already know: stick with it! That which is worth doing is seldom easy. If getting to our final destination were a piece of cake we'd all hop onto our little progress trains and become the president, the top executive, the most valuable player in short order. Whatever sets you back find a way around it, keep striving to be the best you that you can be. What you seek, no matter how grandiose or insignificant, means something to you so don't let a bump in the road get in your way.
