It's that time again: the next CrossFit 818 Challenge! Starting on April 20th and ending six weeks later, our next challenge will give everyone who participates an opportunity to prove their fitness with both a workout and a nutrition component. Look for the exciting details regarding the challenge in your email inboxes and I encourage everyone to sign up and get an extra boost headed into summer!
A reminder: the gym will be closed on April 8th for Easter, so weekend CrossFit 818ers be sure to come in for the Saturday classes and Wreck Shop!
