...is now available for your use! I got it last week, Tyler helped put it together, I've used it a few times since then and I can confirm that it's pretty gnarly.
If you've been in my classes over the past week you've probably seen or heard me ask that no one use it, and while there are plenty of good reasons for that, it's pretty lame for me to put a cool, brand new piece of equipment into the gym then shoo away anyone who touches it. I've put it through its paces, and it should be able to stand up to regular use.
With that in mind, that isn't an ordinary stationary bike and is capable of extraordinarily hard workouts. I promise you if you jump on there expecting to just warm up, you have a good chance of smoking yourself before class even gets under way. If you'd like to use it, I'd be happy to show you how it works, how to adjust it for your height, and give you a quick rundown of how best to use it for warming up, cooling down, or getting some extra work in...and don't tell me I didn't warn you!
