Maybe you've made it this far and maybe you haven't, but now it's time to wrap this Challenge up.This Saturday November 8th is the Finals for CrossFit 818's Fall Whole Life Challenge. Starting at 9AM we'll be remeasuring everyone and retesting the sweet workout we started off with. In case you don't remember, here's the workout:
AMRAP 10 minutes:
800m run buy in
50 thrusters (45)
30 pull ups
burpees in the remaining time
So here's the plan:
Come in early. The gym will be open so you can come in before 9AM to get measured and warmed up and ready to go.
Get your measurements completed. Find Armen when you get in and have him complete your measurements.
Get your workout in. Heats will run about every 20 minutes starting around 9AM. Once there are enough people to run the workout, we'll get that heat going. The earlier you come in, the sooner you'll be done! We won't be running any heats after 10:30AM, so make sure to get in here and get your final score!
Celebrate! Saturday afternoon is CrossFit 818's Annual Fall BBQ at Emerald Isle Park. We're gonna get started about 12PM, and it's a potluck so feel free to sign up on the counter at the gym to bring something in. CF818 will be providing the meat, so bring some drinks, snacks, or desserts and come ready to have a great time!
