Hey folks! Just a quick reminder about the CrossFit Open, registration is live tomorrow, 1/14! Last year, we had a blast with our Friday Night Lights event that ran the duration of the Open. We're going to be doing the same thing this year, and you definitely will not want to miss out. Last year's Open marked the first year that there was a "Scaled" option for every workout, which made all 5 workouts doable regardless of your level of CrossFit experience. 10 box jumps (30/24)
