Hey everyone, I've got a couple quick updates for ya!
First, I wanted to give all of you an update on the schedule for the rest of the Fight Gone Paleo Challenge. Remember that part of the Challenge is the difference between your "before" and "after" pictures. The "before" pictures have all been taken care of, and we'll be taking the "after" photos at the very end of the Challenge. Here are the dates to take your "after" pictures: Saturday October 20th til Friday October 26th. You can take your photo as early as October 20th, and the latest you can take your photo is Friday October 26th.
October 26th is the official end of the Paleo portion of the Challenge, but the Fight Gone Bad portion of the Challenge will end the following weekend, on November 3rd. On that Saturday (11/3), we'll have only one morning class (8:30AM), then the Fight Gone Bad finals will begin around 10AM and be done by 12PM. Keep your eyes open for more details regarding the schedule of the finals and about our sweet Fight Finally Finished After Party!
Second, at this past Monday's Paleo Posse meeting, we had special guest Matty Aporta come by and talk to us about supplements and also sample out some of Stronger Faster Healthier's fish oils. If you got a chance to try it out and want a specific flavor, either comment here on the blog to let me know what that flavor is (please make sure I know who you are...if you use a nickname that we haven't given you, there's no guarantee that I'll know who you are!) or email me. Either one works!
