When we are at the Grocery Store or even Department stores now, every aisle we venture down we see the big words “ORGANIC” written in bold, letters….
So if it is organic what exactly does that mean to us as consumers? We can spend our whole paycheck in one grocery store outing by buying all “organic” products, but is that really making us the healthiest we can possible be or is it just another ploy by the manufacturer to make you spend double or triple the price?
I go grocery shopping with a lot of my clients and in the store the first thing they always reach for is the “organic” item but does it really matter if a cookie is organic or regular? A cookie is a cookie! So how about eggs, or meats, etc..
