Thanksgiving is less than a week away and we have a lot to be thankful here at CrossFit 818. Most of all we're thankful for all of our CrossFit 818 Family making our box their home away from home (albeit a home where you're constantly moving heavy loads, long distances, quickly!)
The gym will be closed on Thanksgiving, but we will have a special post Thanksgiving work off that wonderful dinner, seconds, dessert, and adult beverages Friday WOD. That'll be at 9:30 on Friday and it will be an uncapped class, so you're welcome to come by and get a fantastic workout in.
