This week and next week we will be testing to see how the past eight weeks of programming has performed in making you more fit. I would strongly encourage each of you to participate fully this week and LOG your results. These results will not only help you put your fitness into context, but it'll give you the starting points for your next training cycle and a good opportunity to set goals.
