Your coaches have quite a lot of experience coaching and correcting movements. We've got a whole arsenal of cues to help you move better, and mobility tips to facilitate better positioning. If you take class at the same times, you'll likely develop an understanding with your coach. It's all based on what we see. We know more or less what you're good at and what you're not so good at. We may even catch on to some of your strength numbers, which helps us guide you through barbell training. We get a lot of information by observing, but don't hesitate to tell us what's on your mind! If something hurts or is sore, we can help by modifying some of the movements you have to do. Interested in getting better at something? We can show you the way. Feel free to let us know what's on your mind, and we'll do our best to help!
Jill knows you might as well have fun if you've got to row!
