As athletes we understand that the food we put into our bodies is as vital as the fuel we put in our cars. High performance sports cars all have warnings to only use "Premium" fuel. So why don't we treat our high performance selves the same way? My challenge with eating healthy is that I enjoy good tasting food! Sometimes, people (including myself) have a tendency to equate healthy with bland.
