Okay, maybe quite not exactly in those terms, but close enough. Hopefully during your time here, you have come to realize how effective CrossFit can be (even if you're only doing it three times a week!) when you remain consistent. The idea of commitment to consistency is one of the primary reasons we do not allow you to 'bank' your classes. Life will constantly throw curve balls at you; the best way to hit them out of the park is to make sure you don't allow your health and fitness to suffer.

We'll tell you exactly what you need to hear to get your butt in the gym... and if you we don't see you for a week? We're going to call you, email you, and downright harass you until you get back at it! Hey, that's what your coaches are for!
