3 Overhead Squats
*Work up to a Heavy set of 3
B. AMRAP 15 Minutes:
Max Rep Overhead Squats (135/95)
Max Hollow Hold (seconds)
*Anytime you break a set of Overhead Squats or Hollow Hold, do 10 Burpees
*Score is total number of Overhead Squats plus seconds of Hollow Hold
