That's what we're all here for right? None of us are here just looking to kill an hour or waste our time. We're here at CF818 because we're seeking improvement. Whether it's improvement in our blood pressure, our "Fight Gone Bad" score, or how awesome our abz look, we're all in the same boat: the SS Improvement!
But what's it take to improve? Well, we usually say that it's two simple steps: Show up, and Don't quit.
I'd like to add something between those two: Work hard.
What I mean is you should challenge yourself in every workout. If you've been here for a while and have seen some pretty sweet improvements, but are trying to figure out how to take it to the next level, one of the first questions you should ask yourself is "am I bringing it 100% every time I work out?". The level of intensity you bring to your classes has a direct relationship with the level of results you get out of the program; the more effort you put into this, the more you'll get out of it.
In fact, if you're looking to maximize your time in the gym, I don't understand why you wouldn't put in 100% effort in every class! You're already putting in considerable resources to be a part of our program (your time, your money, your effort to be here every week), so why not maximize those results by trying to crush it every time you work out?
