Rowing is one of those skills we don't always get to spend enough time on at the gym. While we cover the basics, I thought it might be a great idea to get some tips and advice from someone who rows at an elite level. Remember that the erg is a great substitute for running when warming up or completing a workout, so don't hesitate to get comfortable with it!
