One of CrossFit’s core principles is to learn and play new sports. On Saturday, May 10th, we will have a chance to do just that. We have reserved Arcadia Rock Climbing from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. The coaches there will run us through a team building course that sounds like a ton of fun. The course will consist of lots of fun games and challenges to test us as a team. There is a room reserved to stow your gear, eat something, and relax from all the climbing. I’m excited to see how all those pull-ups will transfer into our ability to climb a wall.
If you’d like to attend, we need an accurate head count and you’ll need to fill out a waiver. The sign-up sheet will be posted on the announcements board and we will keep a stack of waivers behind the counter. You can fill one out there, but this will save you the trouble. If you’d like to bring a friend, feel free to do so, this event is open to everyone. If you have any questions, feel free to ask Tyler about the event.
Part A: EMOTM for 16 minutes:
odd - 200m run
even - 12 push press (115/75)
*200m is from the door to the corner of lexington and back
Part B: AMRAP 10 minutes:
*every time the rope stops, 15 hollow rocks
