Hey folks! Just as a reminder, don't forget to sign up for the CrossFit Open that starts the end of February. Registration opened last Thursday, and believe me, it's definitely something you will want to sign up for. The Open is a great way to put your fitness to the test and see how it compares with other athletes all around the world. If you check out our Facebook page, you can see all the fun we had last year across the 5 weeks of the Open. I know there's some reservations to signing up, such as, "But I haven't been doing CrossFit for very long..." or "But I don't do workouts as Rx." And that's ok! The cool thing about the Open is that it's accessible to everyone, no matter their CrossFit experience or ability. Last year, CrossFit opened up a Scaled division for the Open that took pesky movements like double unders, muscle ups, and handstand push ups out of the equation. We hope you join us for the fun!
