I am fascinated with before and after's. People (especially in CrossFit) are transforming their bodies and their lives everyday.
Below is a post from EVERYDAY PALEO about an example of ten changes before and after Paleo living.
Ten Changes Living Paleo
Cried (a lot) Laugh so hard I cry (a lot)

Paleo skeptic PALEO ROCKS!!!
Before CrossFit and Paleo:
-I never squatted (back, front and overhead).
-I was bored with my FITness routine.
-Not as committed to my health and FITness.
-Not as good of a trainer/coach.
-Never ate anything that was green.
After CrossFit and Paleo:
-Squat all the time:-)
-Feel like I have unlimited potential with my FITness.
-Am inspired everyday by people in my box.
-Always improving as a person and a coach.
-Wouldn't recognize myself but the amount of vegetables I eat now.
