I'm proud of all of ya. Day in and day out, you surprise me with your performances, your dedication, and your commitment to being the healthiest and fittest version of you possible.
We just wrapped up our Fight Gone Paleo Challenge and it was glorious. We had a large group of wonderful peeps commit to eating cleaner and healthier than usual for 7 weeks in order to see just what they could accomplish if they really challenged themselves. They took on a difficult workout (and every evil variation we could come up with) in order to track their progress in terms of performance and took before and after pictures to track their progress in body composition.
I've spent a few days combing through all the before and after photos, organizing the list in order to easily send them out to the people who want them and the biggest thing I've noticed (other than how much positive change the group has seen) is how happy everyone looks in their after pictures.
This happiness and joy reminded me how amazing it can be to commit, make sacrifices, and see improvement. Great job, everyone. I'm proud of you for the results you've seen, but more than the results, I'm proud of you for fighting the good fight to get the things that are important to you. Keep it up.
