CrossFit has helped reshape the views women have about their bodies and what they are capable of. With it's popularity and continued growth, more and more women are proudly displaying strong, well-muscled bodies. In CrossFit, strength is one of the components upon which our fitness is built. Women are no longer shying away from barbells and heavy weights due to the pre-conceived notions of looking "masculine" or getting bulky.
