Great job yesterday on 13.1! Make sure you don't forget to submit your scores as soon as possible at games.crossfit.com. For those of you who weren't able to make it yesterday, do not worry! We will be doing the workout again on Saturday during the Wreck Shop from 12-2pm (Last heat starts at 1:30pm). I encourage all of you to participate as the CrossFit Games Open is a great opportunity for you to identify strengths and weaknesses while comparing your performance to your fellow CrossFitters in your region and around the world!
