We all have reasons why we're not getting fitter, or stronger, or making more money, or working at the right job. We all make excuses to let ourselves off the hook when something isn't going our way.
Sometimes this is because we forget that we are in control of ourselves. We are somehow convinced that there is some outside influence making decisions for us, or limiting our choices, or totally working against us. We lose sight of the fact that we are in charge of ourselves, that we decide what our attitudes will be.
With the right attitude, excuses fall away, opportunities seem to open up out of nowhere, and progress is made. Setting your attitude is definitely not an easy thing to do, but it's the only way you'll take control and drop the excuses.
I can't put it here directly, but I strongly suggest you go here and watch "Nico". It's a short documentary about a kid who wouldn't quit.
Every 6 minutes for 6 rounds:
12 handstand push ups
8 bridge ups
6 turkish get ups (53/35, 3 each side alternating)
