Don't forget that starting next week, we'll be changing the Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning schedule to 5:30AM, 6:30AM, and 7:30AM!
Classes have been getting busier and more crowded and we're adding in these extra morning classes and adjusting the schedule in order to help us accomodate more of you in the most convenient and accesible ways possible.
Also, remember that you should reserve a spot for yourself before coming to class. You can reserve your space up to a whole month in advance, so I highly encourage you sign in as early as you can...don't wait until the last minute or you'll get stuck on the waitlist. We use this reservation system as a way of keeping the quality of your experience as high as possible. Capped classes allow us to provide systematic and balanced strength and conditioning programming and high quality coaching all in a fun setting that gives everyone the space they need to work out safely.
