We've had a handful of new members join the gym, perhaps you've seen their names written on the board or you've seen an unfamiliar face in your class. We've all been the new person in class and we all remember how intimidating this whole CrossFit thing can be. So next time you're in class and there's a face you don't recognize, say hi and introduce yourself! One of the things we pride ourselves on at 818 is our community, so let's keep our community growing strong and make a few new friends!
