Hey all, we've got some really awesome changes coming up at the gym. Specifically, we're gonna be adding in a few new classes: two monthly specialty classes and two new classes to our weekly schedule.
Monthly Specialty Classes
Starting in June we'll be holding some new monthly specialty classes. The first Monday of every month we'll be holding a nutrition class from 7:45PM to 8:30PM. In this class, we'll be covering the basics of the Paleo diet, what your food choices should look like, why you want to eat that way, and tips and tricks to building good nutrition habits. This class will take place the first Monday of every month, and the first session is Monday June 3rd. There is no sign ups for this, so just show up for the class and we'll go from there!
Our second new monthly specialty class is our mobility class. This class will take place the second Monday of every month from 7:45PM to 8:30PM, starting June 10th. During this class, we'll focus on building mobility around specific movements (for example the front rack position in a clean or the overhead position in a snatch or the torso position in the bottom of a squat). Just like the nutrition class, there are no sign ups for this class, so just show up and let's get mobile!
New Weekly Morning Classes
The morning classes are starting to fill up and in order to keep our class sizes optimal, we'll be adding in new 5AM classes every Tuesday and Thursday starting June 18th. Looking forward to seeing you bright and early on Tuesday and Thursday mornings!
