Don't drag them along. We've only got an hour together, that's sixty minutes. Let's make the most of it, yeah? We've got an agenda full of things to practice, a lot of heavy things to move, and a great deal of ground to cover. Let's get moving. I know you've had a long day at the office. I know that your family is giving you a hard time about this or that back at home. Let's set those things aside, just for the moment, so that we can focus our efforts and get the most out of the exhilarating, cathartic thing we call CrossFit. Sure, our tribulations will still be there when the workout is over, but we're a little bit stronger now. The gym is your safe haven, a respite from whatever it is that you find troubling. So come on in, move your feet, laugh a bit, and sweat a lot before going on your merry way to a better day!
