A couple weeks ago I posted the first video of this two-part series. This is the second video of that series and it is even more riveting than the previous one in my opinion. Don't be afraid of the opposition that stands in the way of your goals - it just means you have to work a little bit harder to earn it!

even - 5 push ups + 30 seconds hollow hold
B. AMRAP 15:
20 jumping lunges
10 1 hand db thruster (45/30)
