Happy Monday! The content for today's motivational post originated on an online message board when a novice athlete posted a story about a particularly frustrating day in the gym. During the session the athlete failed a set of squats and some other people at the gym laughed at him. As you can imagine, this really sucks and does nothing for building confidence. Well, Arnold Schwarzenegger read this guy's story and replied on the message board. What he had to say is some powerful stuff:
