Happy Monday! Thanks to the science of upfeeding and social media, I happened to find an article about a middle aged man from Detroit, named James, who walks roughly 21 miles to work every day. The story itself is pretty incredible and is a shining example of work ethic. When James' was unable to afford repairs to his car he continued making his (long) commute by bus and on foot. Even during cold winter storms he has never missed work according to his supervisor. This guy has grit and an unbreakable mind. If you've got a case of "The Mondays" this will help get your week off on the right foot!
If you're interested in James' story, you can read it here.
Ankeen is ready for Monday, are you?!
