I remember the day my whiteboard photo was taken 3 years ago. I had just completed my very first CrossFit WOD and I was in a hurry to leave so I could get to my car and cry a little. My lower back was on fire! I've changed quite a bit the past few years and that picture reminds me of how far I've come.
The membership photo board could use a serious overhaul. This week we will be retaking pictures of all your pretty faces. Just grab one of the coaches and we will take your picture whenever you like. After all the photos have been taken and posted, feel free to pick up your old picture anytime. We will keep them on file for a couple weeks. There’s a lot of exciting things coming up this month and the WLC is underway. I’ve never been more happy to be part of such a great family.
Part A: EMOTM for 12 minutes:
2 power cleans
*use the first 4 rounds to warm up,
then use the same weight across the last 8 rounds
Part B: EMOTM for 14 minutes:
odd - 200m run
even - 10 toes to bar
