But how're we actually making that happen? Great question!
The workouts are all designed individually and collectively to burn fat and build muscle. We mix up longer and shorter workouts, featuring heavier and lighter movements combined with higher and lower skill movements to keep giving you something new and exciting to push you to that redline.
We teach and practice specific nutrition and lifestyle practices that focus on developing health and fitness. You put so much effort in during class, we want you to reap your rewards by supporting that outside the gym.
Between the coaches and your fellow CF818ers, we keep you accountable and engaged. Missed a few classes? You'll hear from us. Got a little room to push harder? We'll push you harder. Need someone to keep you accountable with your nutrition? We've got you covered.
