I get nostalgic sometimes. It can be caused by a whole lot of things, both positive and negative. Maybe I've been caught up wondering if I've made any progress, or I'm happily recalling when I first started and the journey I've had since then, but I almost always enjoy looking back.
It's an easy way to gain perspective and remind myself why I do what I do, how lucky I am to be where I am, how grateful I am to have met and known everyone since starting my CrossFit journey, and to fire myself up for my upcoming goals.
So here's a few photos looking back at my personal journey, from the beginning.
