Every day, we write up your names on the whiteboards, with your respective scale, your score, and/or time. This system allows everyone to see who attended class, who did what weight, who scored what, but it's value doesn't end there. We write them up so that after class is over you can record your workout so that in the future if that same workout comes into our programming again, or something similar is on tap for the day, you have a reference point. I cannot emphasize enough how important logging your workouts is. You can't move what you don't measure. If you don't record or log your workouts, how do you know if you're improving?
