A couple weeks ago I announced that we would be replacing all the whiteboard profile pics. This task is nearly complete. I have around 70 new photos taken and I will be getting them developed on Friday. If you would like a new picture taken, please see one of the coaches during class. Taking a new picture before Thursday will ensure that it gets on the board this week. I will be using the older pictures for everyone that doesn’t want them updated.
If you would like to keep track of your past performances on workouts, the daily whiteboard photos will now be posted on Facebook. May’s whiteboard photos just went up yesterday, along with lots of photos form The Whole Life Challenge Prelims, Murph, and all the classes. The leaderboards will also be updated this week to reflect the testing weeks results.

*every minute on the minute, stop and hold a plank for 20 seconds
