Tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 9:30am we'll be starting the "Jackie" finals. The gym will open up at 9:00am for warm-ups and heat assignments will be on a first come, first serve basis. Both competitors and non-competitors (those members who didn't participate in the baseline workout 9 weeks ago) are welcome to workout tomorrow. For those who did compete, you will be using the same scale you used when you first did the workout, so be prepared to kick some butt! Remember, there will be no regularly scheduled classes on Saturday.
Also, as a reminder, our Sunday classes this week are cancelled due to Coach Armen's graduation from UC Irvine. If you were planning on attending a Sunday class, we apologize for the inconvenience, but encourage you to drop in to one of the many classes today or the "Jackie" Finals tomorrow!
