It's been hot and humid lately. New York subway platform hot and humid, to be exact. If you've been in the gym this week you may have noticed that you get warm, and stay warm, a lot faster. We're accustomed to dry heat here in the Southland which is why this East Coast weather feels so uncomfortable. It means that your body will use more of its precious water reserves to keep you cool before, during, and after your workout. Now, more than ever, is it important to keep sipping water throughout the day to stay hydrated!
