The relentless pursuit of excellence is what drives me to hustle. It's what motivates me to coach the way I do, the train the way I do, to work as hard as I can, and work how I do.
Growing up my dad used to tell me that he'd be proud of me no matter what I ended up doing for a living, given that I was doing it the best I could. "If you're going to be a garbageman, then be the best garbageman you can" he'd say. This is the relentless pursuit of excellence in a nutshell: whatever you do, do it exceptionally well.
Apply yourself, push yourself to grow, make improvements daily, be brutally honest with your self evaluation, and put yourself outside your comfort zone in order to grow. I dare you.
