And if yesterday was any indication of what's to come over the next 3 months, it's going to be a hot one. Yesterday, we saw recording breaking temperatures all over Southern California and while the rest of the week isn't supposed to be as hot, it's going to be warmer than we are used to. So remember to stay hydrated! You're going to lose your body water at a quicker rate than normal right now as your body tries to regulate it's temperature during this heat wave. Try to limit your intake of diuretics (coffee, tea, alcohol, etc.) in order to ensure that the water you're taking in, stays in. If you ever forget your water at home, remember we have bottles of water and coconut waters available for purchase. And please let us know if you aren't feeling right in the middle of a workout, there's a difference between pushing yourself hard in a workout, and pushing beyond your limits.
