Based on popular demand, we will be adding a 4:30pm class on Monday's and Wednesday's. Now every weekday afternoon will have the same schedule with a 4:30pm, 5:30pm, and 6:30pm class time. We're also going to be adding a 9:30am class on Sunday morning. These changes will go into effect beginning NEXT week (10/17). As always, we make these decisions based upon our observations of average class attendance, demand, and your feedback. Also, today marks the beginning of week 2 of our awesome Paleo Challenge. We will be having a brief meeting this evening after the 6:30pm class for anyone who is interested in talking about their experience thus far, asking questions, and getting some great tips for how to dial in their diet.
