The new year is upon us, and as Geoff mentioned yesterday the Goals board has been wiped clean and it's now clear of any equipment. Creating and setting goals for yourself is really important. Around this time of year, it's always the "New Year's resolutions." These goals usually stem from unreached goals from the previous year(s) or something brand new that you've realized holds value to you. Whatever your goals are, no matter how lofty, come talk to your coaches so that we can help you map out a game plan to success. Once you've nailed down a goal or goals, put them up on the board for the rest of the CF818 family to see. You may inspire somebody else's goal, or find somebody that shares your goal and you both can tag team it and help each other reach that goal. Can't figure out a goal for 2016?
