Is it really June already? With Summer vastly approaching and swimsuit season in full effect it is time to get laser focused!
I love starting a new month out. It means new goals: spiritually, personally, business, fitness wise.
Now that the Paleo Leaning Challenge is over, this is a great way to stay focused and keep you on the path of success!
I just wanted to pass on some encouragement to you.
You are all doing a GREAT job and I wanted to let you know that all the coaches at CrossFit 818 are very proud of the accomplishments that you have made thus far. Keep up the great work, and the results will astound you.
CrossFit training is simple, very simple and very HARD. You are changing your life!!!! And you are a role model for the people around you.With that said it goal setting time…
