Earlier this year we introduced the goal setting board, a place where you are encouraged to write down a goal and a date for intended completion. Some of you have already met and exceeded your expectation of yourself (congratulations!), some of you may have missed your mark for any number of reasons.
Worry not if you were one of the people whose due date has passed because there is something to be learned from the experience. If you didn't commit to your goal then it is easy to see why the outcome didn't quite measure up. Sometimes, however, there are goals that we don't achieve despite our best effort. Perhaps you just need a little more time or a slight tweak in your success plan to accomplish what you set out to do. Stay committed to your goals no matter how challenging they seem and feel free to ask your coaches for a helping hand if you need it.
Hammer wants to know if you've completed your goal.
