Now that Thanksgiving weekend is out of the way, we've got five weeks to the end of 2012. We know it's going to be a busy time, but the best way to start off the New Year is to get a good start on the End of the Year. While you're focused on getting gifts for others or planning family getaways, do yourself a favor and plan a little time for yourself. We'll be announcing our holiday schedule and the next CrossFit 818 Challenge this week, so keep an eye out for those announcements!
